Inside Sales / Industrial Product Estimator
Kenco Engineering is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales / Industrial Product Estimator to support customers, prepare quotations, and provide technical product recommendations for industrial applications. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do

Prepare quotes, estimates, pricing, and sales documentation

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Process orders and provide order status updates

Support outside sales with product, pricing, and delivery information

Develop strong product and application knowledge

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet customer needs

Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions

Maintain excellent customer relationships and achieve sales objectives

Support ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
3-5 years of inside sales experience
-
Strong phone presence, active listening, and customer service skills
-
Ability to prepare and communicate detailed quotes, estimates, and financial data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, planning, and selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Experience with oil & gas, petrochemical, power, pulp & paper, or water/wastewater treatment industry products

Knowledge of liquid level gauges, gas compression components, and related industrial applications

Basic marketing knowledge
