Inside Sales Manager (Industrial Materials)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions related to product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the quotation process from request through to final pricing, liaising with internal departments and regional offices to keep turnaround times accurate and timely.
- Ensure all quoted pricing aligns with internal pricing policies and approval structures.
- Oversee inbound business inquiries and sales order processing, acting as the bridge between internal departments and external customers.
- Prepare formal quotes and manage them through order confirmation and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records within the company's ERP system.
- Track and deliver against KPIs covering quote turnaround, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and internal responsiveness.
- Function as a regional liaison for commercial processes, bridging communication between local and global teams within CRM/ERP systems.
- Partner with the Sales function on onboarding new clients and confirming end-use declarations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, quotation support, or order management, ideally within a multinational or engineering/technical environment
- Proven track record managing RFQs across multiple departments and business units
- Working proficiency in a major ERP system (modules covering materials management, sales/distribution, and procurement) — required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, plus familiarity with project management tools
- Prior experience supervising or leading a small team
- Strong business acumen with genuine interest in emerging AI/technology applications
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving capability
