About the role
From Randstad Professionals, we are selecting for a major official importer and distributor of motorcycles, quads, and off-road vehicles located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, an Aftersales Technician to join their technical/commercial department.
What you'll do
Comprehensive B2B order management: Reception, processing, and tracking of orders for spare parts, components, and accessories for the dealer network.
Technical support and service for professional customers: Advising workshop managers and mechanics on exploded views, compatible references, and technical product inquiries.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in aftersales positions.
Competencies: Customer orientation, agility with IT tools (ERP/exploded view programs and technical catalogs), proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
Nice to have
Product knowledge: Passion or specific knowledge in the two-wheel (motorcycles) and/or quad / ATV sector is highly valued.
