Based in Jessup, MD | Hiring: Inside Sales Rep - Customer Follow-Up Specialist

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour based on experience with uncapped performance incentives and overtime opportunities.

Schedule: This is a full-time, in-office position in Jessup, Maryland, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule that provides stability and work-life balance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Inside Sales Rep - Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you will start each day by reviewing open proposals and identifying opportunities to reconnect with customers who have requested services but have not yet moved forward. You will engage customers in thoughtful conversations, answer questions, address concerns, and help guide them toward confident buying decisions. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with Sales Arborists regarding technical details, assist customers with approvals and next steps, and reach out to past clients to uncover additional tree care opportunities. You will maintain detailed CRM records to ensure every interaction is documented and every opportunity is maximized. By working closely with both the sales and office teams, you will help create a seamless customer experience while supporting revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

THE INSIDE SALES REP - CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Sales experience with demonstrated success in follow-up, appointment setting, or closing
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Strong professional written communication skills
• Confidence discussing customer concerns and respectfully asking for the sale
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working within a CRM system
• Persistence, initiative, and accountability for results
• A collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset
• A willingness to learn Prestige Tree Experts' services and become an expert in what we do
• Home-service or tree-care industry experience (a plus)
