What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone—answer questions, take orders, and provide solutions
- Handle walk-in sales of products such as stone, dirt, sealers, re-rod, expansion joint, and more
- Support outside sales efforts through customer outreach, order coordination, and product assistance
- Conduct telemarketing to contractors and build strong customer relationships
- Order and schedule product deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Operate equipment such as a loader and forklift (training provided as needed)
- Assist with loading materials when needed
- Utilize online tools to source product information and MSDS sheets
