Every homeowner on your call sheet has already raised their hand — they filled out a form, requested a quote, or asked us to call. Your job is to take that interest and turn it into a booked appointment.
Baths R Us is one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies in the Greater Cleveland area. We're scaling our inside sales team and looking for a proven closer to join our team. This role is for people who've sold before, know what it takes to control a call, and want to be paid like it.
What You'll Do
- Work a full pipeline of inbound calls and outbound calls with pre-interested homeowners
- Take control of the call from "hello" and steer it toward a booked in-home consultation
- Turn objections — price, timing, spouse approval, "just looking" — into next steps instead of dead ends
- Ask for the appointment. Ask again if the first no isn't a real no.
- Hit daily and weekly booking targets, and always know exactly where you stand against them
- Keep the CRM clean — every call logged, every follow-up tracked
- Bring your competitive edge to the team that has leaderboards, contests, and real recognition for whoever's closing
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of sales experience required — inside sales, appointment setting, call center sales, insurance, solar, timeshare, home improvement, or another closing-heavy role
- Something to back it up: quota attainment, close rate, a promotion, anything that shows you can actually sell
- A phone presence that's confident without being scripted
- The instinct to keep pushing past the first "no" without losing the room
- Genuinely competitive — you want to know your rank, not just your paycheck
- Coachable on our process, not on the basics of how to sell
- Able to work on-site daily with occasional evenings and rotating weekends (schedule set in advance)

- $8,000–$15,000+ in performance bonuses annually, tied to appointments set and shown — uncapped for top producers
