About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of inbound lead conversion, outbound prospecting, and account development. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs, providing product and application expertise, and recommending solutions that align with those needs.
The ISR will manage a high-volume sales pipeline, qualify and prioritize opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and collaborate with the Sales Support team to move opportunities through the sales cycle. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and digital communication.
- Inbound inquiry conversion, outbound prospecting, and the balance on account development and other sales activities.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships by providing product information, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our container and modular structure offerings to potential clients.
- Prepare accurate price quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring competitive and compelling offers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to create professional proposals and presentations.
- Manage and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software.
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential for conversion into sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of company products, equipment, services, and applications to effectively understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Share market insights with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance for review and analysis.
- Occasional travel for internal meetings or to visit with important customers is required (little to no overnight travel)
