Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and organized Inside Sales Representative with excellent computer skills to support our office operations and assist in sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle administrative tasks while contributing to marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and execution. This dual role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM tools

Responsibilities

Office Administration:

• Manage day-to-day sale operations, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize office records, files, and supplies.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Marketing Assistance:

• Assist in planning and executing email campaigns and marketing activities.
• Update and manage customer databases using CRM tools.
• Draft, schedule, and send marketing emailers to clients and prospects.
• Support the creation of marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate marketing materials and provide administrative support for campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office administration or marketing support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
