About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for reactivating inactive design and design-driven retail accounts through high-volume outbound phone outreach, strategic email follow-up, and occasional in-person selling at trade shows. Success in this role comes from building relationships over the phone, consistently prospecting, and turning inactive accounts into long-term customers. This role focuses on rebuilding customer relationships, generating new sales opportunities, providing product knowledge, processing orders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys prospecting, is motivated by achieving sales goals, and thrives in a phone-driven sales environment. This individual is self-motivated, highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable managing their own pipeline while working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong communication skills and a passion for high-end home décor are essential.


What you can do for us:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to inactive design and retail accounts nationwide.
  • Re-engage dormant customers through relationship-building conversations that generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of reactivated customer accounts through consistent outbound outreach and follow-up.
  • Use email strategically as a follow-up tool to reinforce customer conversations and maintain engagement.
  • Successfully identify sales opportunities and close business while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain an organized system to track customer outreach, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts by building long-term customer relationships and increasing account activity.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product features, availability, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Managers, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay informed on new product launches, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Assist with trade shows and industry events as needed.
