Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with strong knowledge of restaurant and supermarket operations. This role requires the ability to manage a sale from initial inquiry through final delivery—acting as both a sales professional and a project coordinator to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with showroom visitors, understand their equipment needs, and convert opportunities into sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, delivery, and installation coordination
- Work with customers assigned through the CRM system and take full ownership of driving those opportunities to close
- Prepare accurate quotations, follow up consistently, and close orders in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Strong understanding of restaurant or supermarket operations and workflows
- Proven ability to close sales and manage projects from start to finish
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to reliably commute to Kearny, NJ and be present on-site daily
