- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM / 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- One required evening shift per week: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- $6.00/hour Saturday shift differential
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about our services
- Handle homeowner questions and objections professionally
- Gather and verify customer information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers
- Schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives
- Enter appointment and customer information into company systems
- Maintain accurate records and lead activity reports
- Conduct quality control and follow-up calls
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns
- Follow up with prospective customers to confirm interest and appointments
