Inside Sales Rep, Bilingual – Jasper, Indiana

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Rep at our Jasper, Indiana facility! Must be fluent in English and Spanish. As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions; inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and follow-ups. Location/Hours: The Inside Sales Rep works onsite at our Jasper, IN facility. During training in the first 4-6 weeks, hours will be from 8:30AM to 5:15PM Eastern. After training, you will start in a shift from 9:15AM-6:00PM Eastern, Monday-Friday. You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00AM-12:00PM EST (approximately every 10-12 weeks) and one late shift day per week, 10:30AM-7:15PM or 11:15AM-8:00PM Eastern.

Salary and Benefits:

• Guaranteed pay during initial training period based upon experience

What we are looking for:

• Sales and/or customer service experience
• Bilingual, fluent in speaking and understanding both English and Spanish
• Driven to work in a high energy environment
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
