Core Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Respond to inbound leads, follow up on marketing campaigns, or conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling. Product Demos & Pitches: Deliver virtual product demonstrations, explain features and pricing, and handle customer objections. Pipeline & CRM Management: Track interactions, log leads, and update records using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and help onboard or upsell existing customers. Key Skills Required Communication: Clear verbal and written skills with active listening. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, and office productivity software.
