Inside Sales Representative

Purpose of Position

Supports the commercial activities of the Sales Department through quotation management, monitoring of business opportunities, and day-to-day communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits quotations to customers.
• Monitors the progress of quotations and business opportunities.
• Manages incoming customer requests and inquiries.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
• Maintains up-to-date customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborates with Operational departments to collect information and costing data.
• Contributes to the development of new business opportunities through telephone and email communication with customers.
