This position forms a critical part of the Rochester Electronics EMEA Sales organization based out of the Eastern Europe Sales Office in Warsaw, Poland:
- Reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales, the individual will be positioned in a team environment working closely with the Line Manager, Regional Sales team and also Technical Sales team driving the overall Company Business Strategy.
- Support and execute business plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base.
- Exceed defined sales and revenue budget for the Eastern Europe region.
- With a focus on building strong interpersonal customer relationships this role will suit a dynamic individual who thrives off the challenge of a team orientated proactive sales approach. Fluent in Polish and English language is vital.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and order entry processing for existing and new customers within region and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughout EMEA
- Define target list of existing OEM and CEM “one-touch” customers and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughout EMEA
- Work with EMEA Sales team to gain “audience” with pre-identified target potential customers across the region
- Responsible for identifying new customers and significantly growing the number of trading customers with Rochester
- Support the closing of all new business and the onboarding of new customers
- Promote the full range of Rochester Electronics products and services
- Participate fully in all Global and EMEA sales promotions
- Provide a first-class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customer base
- Work as an integral member of the Global team and form strong and effective relationships throughout the organization
- Identify major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to close business in the region
- In conjunction with the EMEA Sales team, the position will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals
- Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the customer base and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a daily basis
- Provide effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigate internally to influence decisions and priorities on active business opportunities
- Be able and willing to pick up additional workload as appropriate
- Provide a first-class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customer base
- Manage appropriate customer feedback including complaints, order progressing and documentation
- In conjunction with the Manager, Inside Sales, manage the finance collections procedure for your assigned customer base.
- Vast Semiconductor industry experience and knowledge
- Fluent in Polish and English language - verbal and written communication skills are essential. Any additional languages would be advantageous
