Inside Sales Representative
THE POSITION
Under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will be responsible for interaction within the sales cycle during the front end of the customer engagement stage. Adding expertise in solutions and operational perspective, this position would play a critical role in setting up meetings and discovery calls for our sales teams. Strategic sales would foster a team-selling environment, enable us to close more business, offer more custom solutions and create a seamless onboarding pipeline.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new and existing sales opportunities to pursue
- Front end prospecting through phoning, emails and Linkedln, to identify and build trusted partnerships for Evans Outside Sales Team.
- Set up discovery meetings for Outside Sales team.
- Evaluate current opportunities that lack forward momentum
- Weekly interaction with our sales team to ensure pipeline is actively being pursued
- Utilize Hubspot to reference engagement with customers and track progress
- Understand our technology platforms and resources to drive automation
- Study and understand market trends and seasonality
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
