Inside Sales Representative

Form Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team, build relationships with contractors and customers, and help drive revenue growth. We're looking for someone who understands the concrete industry and can quickly become a valuable contributor to our team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Support outside sales efforts and identify new business opportunities.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity within our CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the concrete, construction, masonry, building materials, or related industry
• Prior inside sales, customer service, estimating, or contractor support experience
• Knowledge of concrete accessories, formwork, waterproofing, or construction products preferred
• Ability to read plans, understand construction terminology, and communicate effectively with contractors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
