Inside Sales Representative
What You'll Do
- Have phone conversations with prospective customers generated through our marketing campaigns and other sources
- Listen to understand each caller's needs and answer their questions with confidence
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing so you can speak to them naturally
- Recommend the right solutions to convert these inquiries into sales
- Enter notes re your conversations, action items, etc.
- Collaborate with teammates to schedule service for our new customers and help provide an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving similar responsibilities
- A track record of success in customer service, sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including a friendly, confident, professional phone presence
- Comfort learning product details and explaining them clearly to customers
- A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
