Inside Sales Representative

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support overall sales effort by working with FSM, distributors, end-users, and potential new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased sales.

DUTIES:

• Answer phones and respond to email correspondence.
• Act as main contact person for FSM and distributors within Inside Sales Territory.
• Performs backup role in the absence of other Inside Sales reps.
• Maintain Inside Sales Territory account information / order requirements within X3.
• Enter orders into X3 ERP System.
• Work with other departments to ensure orders are sent out accurately and timely.
• Expedite distributor follow-up requests with Production Control / Purchasing.
• Promote the use of B2B website to have distributors place orders, review inventory levels, and access acknowledgement / invoices.
• Assist in the processing of invoicing paperwork ensuring that shipments are being sent correctly, discounts are being applied. etc.
• Provide initial assistance with technical calls.
• Process returns per RGA policy.
• Enter data into CRM program to assist Field Sales with communications and distributor support.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
