Inside Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure consistent delivery and management of customer expectations.

2.Liaise with sales management to develop plans for the company.

3.Identify areas of possible vendor expansions within existing accounts.

4.Implement plans towards strategic marketing of company's products.

5.Understand organization's business operation and status, including specific opportunities, competitive landscape and business trend towards better service delivery and improved profit making.

6. Conduct pre-sale development and be involved in tracking success ratio of such sales opportunities.

7.Liaise with other members of staff for the development and maintenance of profiles specific to the organization.

8.Manage client expectations, experience, and deadlines.

9.Liaise with staff members; execute, organize, and plan various activities of the organization, like trade shows, client visits, and webinars.

10.Analyze project job costing and profit margin reports to make necessary adjustments when needed.

TASK

1.Enter new Opportunities, estimates, pre-sale drawing requests.

2.Quotes, present to customers

3.Customer Deadlines, track follow up with Project management to meet customer due date.

4.Detail Handoff, new jobs to the Project Team, set customer expectaions.

1.Strong verbal and written proficiency, including professional proofreading, editing, and presentation capability.

2.Ability to interact with external and internal clients professionally.

3.Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously.

4.Ability to work and interact with members of the staff at various levels in the organization.
