What You'll Be Doing
- Calling and connecting with interested homeowners
- Building trust and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Asking thoughtful questions to understand customer needs
- Explaining our process and scheduling design consultations
- Handling objections with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
- Accurately updating customer information in our CRM system
- Achieving goals and celebrating success alongside your team
