Job Description:

We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team!

Don't have plumbing or HVAC experience? That's okay! While industry knowledge is a plus, we're just as interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

If you've worked in retail sales, customer service, automotive parts, hardware stores, lumberyards, building supply stores, construction, equipment rental, warehouse operations, or other hands-on, customer-focused environments, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for!

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, learning about products, and working as part of a team. Whether you're experienced in the trades or looking to build a new career, we're willing to train the right candidate.

You bring the attitude and willingness to learn — we'll help you build the industry knowledge!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering customized solutions and product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, managing various payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area.
• Keep up with market trends to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Work with our Warehouse Team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Regularly assist with inventory restocking and product display maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in related fields (Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Hydronics).
• Eagerness to acquire new knowledge of operational rules and processes.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in writing and speaking clearly and effectively.
• Ability to perform basic administrative tasks and handle material handling equipment.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collective goals.
• Must pass a national background check and drug screening.

• Competitive pay ($28-$32/hr), based on experience and industry knowledge.
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) – Accrue up to 80 hours per year, and after 5 years of employment, accrue up to 120 hours per year.
