Inside Sales Supervisor

What You’ll Take Ownership Of:

• Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests, including specialized equipment, receiving customer complaints and assisting in resolution
• Requesting warehouse assistance in locating and delivering products, service department assistance in preparation of equipment, and requisitioning merchandise from the Distribution Center and purchasing department
• Reviewing quotations and pricing related issues and ensuring compliance with pricing policies
• Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervision of Inside Sales Associates
• Overseeing the DOT program
• Helping in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and work areas by fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves
• Participating in store events such as physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, and special sales
• This position will assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
• All duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Associates
• This position will perform related tasks as assigned

Need-To-Haves:

• Minimum of two years of previous sales/customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, continuously climb and descend stairs safely
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift

Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of tools and equipment
• Previous retail or customer service leadership experience
