Inside Sales Team Lead – Base Pay + Commission + Leadership Growth

We're looking for a motivated leader to take charge of a sales team and help drive performance. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll coach, mentor, and motivate approximately 15–20 representatives while helping create a high-energy and goal-driven work environment.

COMPENSATION

Paid weekly every Friday!

• Starting base pay of $15/hour
• Commission based on team sales performance
• Approximately $600–$2,000 per week
• Approximately $31,200–$104,000+ annually

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives
• Coach representatives on performance and productivity
• Help your team reach sales goals
• Monitor daily activity and results
• Build positive team morale
• Support the growth and development of your team
