Your Role
We're in business to save our home planet. The Marketplace Analyst delivers actionable insights that inform decisions on customer acquisition, community engagement, and market opportunities across Patagonia EMEA. In this role you synthesize data from external- and internal sources and translate findings into clear recommendations that help Patagonia make data-informed choices that strengthen the brand's connection with its communities and markets. You closely collaborate with the EMEA marketplace, marketing & impact and CRM team to define and shape customer and market analytics priorities, as well as own the execution of delivering these insights
Your Main Tasks
• Insights Project Delivery . Manage and execute insights projects from start to finish, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs. Ensure timely delivery of analysis that informs decisions on customer engagement, market sizing, pricing, brand health, and marketplace opportunities.
