Insights & Automation Manager (Perm WFH/ Morning Shift)
Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱180,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Insights & Automation Manager to help transform data into action across our business. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, uncovering insights and driving business performance through data, automation and AI. Unlike a traditional data analyst role, success will not be measured by producing reports alone. The successful candidate will be expected to understand the business, identify trends and opportunities, ask better questions, and provide recommendations that influence decisions. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Data Engineering team, ensuring that business problems are translated into analytical solutions and that data is used to drive meaningful outcomes. This position also plays a key role in identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Customer and Technology to understand key business challenges and opportunities
Analyse customer, product, operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Translate data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making
Proactively investigate performance drivers and emerging issues
Develop hypotheses, conduct analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reporting
Support Board reporting and strategic planning activities
Identify manual processes that can be streamlined or automated
Build practical automation solutions that reduce administrative effort and improve efficiency
Identify opportunities to leverage AI within business operations
About you
5+ years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, commercial analysis or insights roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights
Experience developing dashboards and business reporting
Advanced SQL capability
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
Proactive, curious and outcome-focused mindset
Be highly curious and inquisitive
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
