Inspect & Pack Operator

$20–22/hr — Raise after 60 days!

Join Eck Industries, a family-owned aluminum foundry with over 75 years of innovation and excellence. We’re looking for detail-oriented team members to inspect, finish, and package precision aluminum castings used in industries like aerospace and defense.

If you take pride in quality and like hands-on work, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do

• Inspect finished aluminum castings for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
• Use hand tools to fix minor casting defects.
• Label, count, and pack castings according to work instructions.
• Record inspection results and complete simple quality paperwork.
• Weigh and verify product and packaging to meet customer requirements.
• Safely move and stack parts using hoists or assist equipment for heavier castings.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe — every shift, every time.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Manufacturing or inspection experience a plus — we’ll train motivated applicants!
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
• Team player who can work efficiently and safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
