Team Leadership

• Train and develop coffee house employees while investing in both their professional skills and spiritual growth.

• Lead the Assistant Manager and create a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration.

• Provide regular coaching and feedback that equips the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee house, ensuring systems are organized, efficient, and consistently executed.

• Manage inventory and daily workflows so the team is prepared to serve customers well.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a smooth, dependable operation.

Business Stewardship

• Actively look for opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and expand the customer base.

• Steward inventory and resources with wisdom, balancing quality, availability, and profitability.

Customer Experience

• Cultivate a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued and cared for.

• Address questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency, working to resolve issues in ways that build trust and loyalty.

This role serves as the operational leader of the Inspire Coffee House, whose mission is to create an equipping space for adults with disabilities to learn, develop, and be discipled in the workforce while engaging with the community.
