Plumbing Install Coordinator - Las Vegas, NV

A Plumbing install isn't done when the pipe is in the ground - it's done when the customer is happy, the permit is closed, and the crew is set up for the next job. That's where you come in. We need someone organized enough to run every detail and personable enough to keep the customer in the loop the whole way through.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate plumbing installations from point of sale through completion

- Schedule every job with 100% accuracy

- Communicate installation details directly with customers

- Manage permits and inspections on all plumbing installs

- Perform post-installation Happy Calls

- Close out 100% of jobs in ServiceTitan and ensure payment is collected

- Act as the liaison between customers and the install crew

What You Need

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized with strong time management

- Computer literate - email, MS Office, and related tools

- Able to pass a background and drug screen upon offer

- Clean driving record with an active driver's license

Preferred

- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software

- Prior scheduling or coordination experience in home services
