Experience installing windows and doors is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do
Install Techs work alongside experienced crew leaders to install windows and doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and protecting job sites
- Assisting with the removal and installation of windows and doors
- Supporting carpentry work, including shimming, flashing, insulation, caulking, and trim
- Ensuring installations are level, square, plumb, and weather-tight
- Staging materials and tools for efficient installation
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Working with the crew to complete installations safely and on schedule
- Representing Woodland professionally when interacting with homeowners
You will be trained on Woodland’s installation standards and methods.
