Reports to: Operations Manager
The Installation Coordinator manages the scheduling and administration of residential window, siding, and door installation projects. This role coordinates crews, materials, documentation, customer communication, and project closeout to ensure installations are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Schedule installations efficiently and confirm project readiness.
- Track materials, labor requirements, and installation timelines.
- Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses daily.
- Prepare work orders and required documentation for installation crews.
- Assign qualified crews based on project requirements and availability.
- Communicate project updates and estimated timelines to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve installation-related customer concerns.
- Collect payments and submit funding documentation for completed projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of administrative, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Home improvement, construction, or home services experience.
- CRM or job-management system experience.
- Accounts receivable or payment collection experience.
