THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll lead an insulation team while working alongside them to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and work alongside other crew members.

• Organize materials, equipment, and daily job responsibilities.

• Keep projects safe, clean, and on schedule.

• Check work for quality and completeness.

• Train, coach, and support other crew members.

• Communicate professionally with customers and the office.

• Solve job-site problems and take ownership of results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience leading a crew or team.

• Insulation, construction, or skilled-trade experience .

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to perform physical work in attics, crawlspaces, and changing temperatures.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Insulation Commandos North San Antonio is on track to expand. As we grow, we expect a Field Operations Manager to become a critical part of the team—and this Crew Chief position is designed to prepare the right person for that role.

COMPENSATION

Pay: 20-25/h
