Position Summary:
The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, service, and repair activities for the company’s large residential builder segment. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Installation Manager leads installation teams, coordinates schedules, and collaborates with internal departments and builders to support efficient project execution and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all installation, service, and repair operations for BMG Residential builder accounts.
• Lead, coach, and manage installation teams to ensure high performance, productivity, and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate installation schedules and resources to meet project timelines and customer expectations.
• Partner with sales, estimating, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for builders regarding installation, service, and issue resolution.
• Monitor job progress, conduct site visits, and ensure work meets company and builder standards.
• Manage service and warranty work, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including installation timelines, costs, and service levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
