Position Overview:

Pro Engrg is seeking a competent and proactive Installation Supervisor to support the Aerospace Engineering Projects. He/she will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth together with the Management Team.

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm)

Compensation: $2,800to $3,200; Phone Allowance; 13th Month; Variable Bonus

Employment Duration: Permanent

Others: Possess Class 3 Driving License

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of aerospace tooling, aircraft maintenance equipment, and engineering systems at customer sites.

· Read engineering drawings and work with Project Engineers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure installations meet project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

· Monitor site progress, resolve installation issues, provide regular project updates, and maintain accurate documentation throughout project execution.

· Support equipment inspections, testing, calibration, and customer acceptance to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and operational requirements.

· Travel to customer sites to oversee installation activities, manage resources, and build strong working relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

· Maintain a safe workplace by complying with EHS requirements, using PPE correctly, participating in safety programmes, and following approved work procedures.

Requirements:

· ITE Certificate or higher.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in installation, assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of tooling, maintenance support equipment, equipment stands, structural assemblies.

· Good team player with ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to perform installation work at heights and work safely in operational environments.

· Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residence may apply.
