Installation Technician

Conduct on-site measurements for windows, doors, and blinds at customer locations
Ensure all measurements are accurate and meet product and installation specifications
Assess job sites for installation requirements, obstacles, and potential issues
Communicate clearly with customers regarding measurement process and next steps
Ensure customers are satisfied after every installation.
Prepare and submit detailed measurement reports and documentation
Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure accuracy
Identify and report any structural or design concerns that may affect installation
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Have knowledge of all products and services
- Be able to recommend products to customers
- Be Accurate in taking measurements
- Have knowledge of installation methods and techniques
- Have regard for customers and appointment times
- Have Good Communication skills
- Must have Vaild drivers Licence
- Have Excellent Customer service skills
- Ensure Customer satisfaction
