Installation Technician

The person occupying this position is required to: The primary responsibilities of this position are: Market products and services of the company on a daily and ongoing basis Drive to potential customers, take measurements and execute installation.

Recommend products i.e. Provide specific information as to how our products perform and what would be right for the application Take measurements and templates of openings for windows, doors, blinds, enclosures, railings etc.

Does accurate site assessment and record necessary items including customer requirements Return estimates to office and ensures information is communicated accurately to sales rep Assist with promotional and sales activities when required Assist with remedial works to satisfy customers Assist with installing products when required All other duties assigned from time to time.

Have Knowledge of all products and services

Be able to recommend products to customers

Be Accurate in taking measurements

Have Knowledge of installation methods and techniques

Have regard for customers and appointment times

Have Good Communication skills

Have Excellent Customer service skills

Ensure Customer satisfaction Maintain company assets (vehicle, tools etc)
