HVAC Installer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll install residential and light commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, ductwork, and IAQ products.
- Complete full system replacements, including equipment removal, installation, startup, testing, and cleanup.
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork and transitions as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
- Perform system startup, charging, airflow adjustments, and operational testing.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain system operation upon completion.
- Document completed work, photos, and job notes using company software.
- Collaborate with team members and identify opportunities for additional customer solutions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC installation experience.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications.
- Experience with duct fabrication is preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
