Installations Manager

About the role

At Avintia, we need to hire a Technician who will be responsible for Facilities at our Headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón, to provide support in the facilities area of the various works in progress.

What you'll do

Reporting to the construction management, they will perform the following functions:

- Provide technical assistance to assigned projects, both in the contracting and the execution of installations.

- Review the Installations budget prior to its contracting.

- Provide assistance regarding incidents that arise in the installations and their commissioning.

- Record the activity and services provided.

- Control the execution of the work, in terms of deadline, cost, and quality.

- Monthly report on the status of the project.

- Review of projects.

- Resolution of incidents during the execution of the work.

- Among other duties inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

- Industrial Engineer or similar.

- Minimum demonstrable experience of two years performing the described functions.

- We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and decisive person.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office is essential.

Nice to have

- We value knowledge of Leed, Hulk, and Revit.
