Description
As an Installer Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to complete furniture installation projects safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You’ll be hands-on, solving problems on-site, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll report to the Operations Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a crew to install, move, and set up office furniture
- Read and follow installation plans accurately
- Make sure the team meets quality and safety standards
- Train and support junior installers
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors
- Complete paperwork and report job progress
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with office furniture installation
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet
- Good with computers and email
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- High school diploma or GED
