Institutional Distribution Associate, Digital Assets
You will support Galaxy's highest-priority institutional accounts, working directly alongside senior leadership and business heads on live engagements. You will own client-facing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and proposals, and contribute directly to deal outcomes from engagement through close. You'll drive post-meeting execution, including notes, follow-ups, and internal coordination, while translating complex products and strategies into clear narratives for institutional audiences. You'll build deep fluency across Galaxy's digital asset offerings and use AI tools to boost productivity and output quality.
Responsibilities
- Support Galaxy's highest-priority tier-1 accounts, working alongside senior leadership and business heads on live institutional engagements
- Own the development of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals
- Contribute directly to deal outcomes end-to-end, from initial engagement through close
- Drive post-meeting execution, including note capture, follow-ups, and internal coordination to maintain deal momentum
- Translate complex products and strategies into clear, compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences
- Build fluency across Galaxy's digital asset offerings, including structured products, tokenization, custody and wallet infrastructure, and asset management
- Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision
- Strong experience building excellent client-ready materials in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear, polished outputs
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
- Thrives under tight timelines and high standards
- Passion for digital assets, fintech, digital infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy
