Institutional Growth Lead Japan
You will define and execute the institutional business-development strategy for Japan. You will build senior relationships across finance, regulators, and payments, support ecosystem projects, collaborate on tokenization and stablecoin initiatives, and represent the organization at external events and regulatory forums.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute business-development strategy for Japan
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, financial institutions, regulators, and payment companies
- Support ecosystem partners to build and scale projects
- Collaborate on tokenization, stablecoin, and institutional adoption initiatives
- Represent the Foundation at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums
Requirements
- 7–12 years of business development, partnerships, or strategy experience in fintech, enterprise, financial services, or blockchain
- Ability to engage and influence senior financial-institution and regulator leaders
- Executive-level network in Japan across finance, government, or technology, or ability to build one
- Japanese fluency
- Business-level English fluency
- Understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory dynamics in Japan
