St. Philip Neri School on the eastside of Indianapolis is hiring an Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES:

Strong instructional knowledge and understanding of best teaching practices
Knowledge of literacy instruction, assessment practices, and intervention strategies
Ability to analyze and interpret student performance data
Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
Commitment to continuous professional growth and school improvement
Willingness to foster the Church's mission

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's Degree preferred
Valid Indiana teaching license required
Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience preferred
Must be certified in the Science of Reading
Experience in instructional coaching, literacy leadership, or teacher mentoring preferre
Must be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct
Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training
Background screening required
Ability to reliably travel to off-site locations on a regular basis, including travel of up to two hours from the office, using personal or alternative transportation
