Job Summary

This position provides support in learning technologies, AI-enabled tools (including VeGA), and digital content development. The role focuses on execution of defined tasks, system support, and foundational exposure to enterprise learning tools and platforms.

Working under close guidance of senior team members, this role is designed to build capability in instructional design, learning systems, and emerging technologies, and is not structured as an independent or general analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Content Development & Support

• Support the development of learning materials and performance support content (eLearning, videos, job aids)
• Assist in building online learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and similar platforms
• Perform basic edits, formatting, and updates to existing content
• Conduct content quality checks and testing to ensure accuracy and functionality

2. Learning Technology & AI Support (Entry-Level Scope)

• Provide foundational support in AI / VeGA applications, learning technologies, and simple custom development tasks within defined guidelines
• Assist in applying AI-enabled tools for learning use cases such as content support, automation assistance, and basic workflows
• Support testing, validation, and documentation of AI and learning tech tools used by the team
• Participate in team initiatives involving emerging technologies for development and exposure

3. Systems & Integration Support

• Support LMS/LXP API integration activities by assisting in:
  • Testing
  • Data validation
  • Documentation
• Work with IT and platform vendors to help ensure accuracy, reliability, and proper implementation of updates
• Perform basic system updates, configurations, and data maintenance under guidance

4. Coordination & Documentation

• Assist in gathering content inputs from Business Managers, Track Leads, and SMEs
• Organize materials and maintain version control of training assets
• Create and update user guides, job aids, and process documentation
• Track assigned deliverables and ensure completion within defined timelines

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Learning Operations, IT, SMEs) to support execution of learning initiatives
• Participate in team discussions, working sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Build familiarity with enterprise systems, platforms, and tools used within Vertiv learning ecosystem (VEST)

Basic Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in Training, Instructional Design, Learning Systems, IT support, or related field
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE framework)
• Working familiarity or practical exposure to AI tools (e.g., VeGA or similar platforms)
• Exposure to content development tools such as:
  • Articulate Rise / Storyline 360
  • Vyond
  • Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Camtasia / Opus
• Basic familiarity with enterprise systems such as:
  • Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project-based experience in instructional design or digital learning
• Exposure to LMS/LXP platforms
• Basic understanding of content testing or QA processes
• Interest in AI and learning technologies
• Familiarity with documentation, process mapping, or knowledge management
