- Coordinating with SMEs and vendors to design appropriate training curricula.
- Designing training methods that align with the training curriculum.
- Regularly updating the STC training catalog.
- Adding local Siloam Hospitals Group content to training programs organized by professional organizations or colleges.
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in level from any major
- Experienced in developing training curriculum for 2 years
- Good team player
- Good in building the relationship with our Subject Matter Expert in clinical background
