Instructional Design Intern - Spring 2027
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training materials.
- Support eLearning development through content creation, quality testing, video editing, and graphic design.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team on initiatives such as onboarding, skills development, curriculum updates, learning technology projects, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Research, organize, and analyze content to support learning objectives and business needs.
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting as needed.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide recommendations for learning enhancements.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to research, organize content, and develop learning materials.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with LMS platforms, multimedia tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
Preferred Majors
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in:
- Instructional Design
- Learning Experience Design (LXD)
- Training & Development
- Education, Communications, Educational Technology, or a related field focused on learning and content development
