Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-energy, fun, interactive workshop and summer camp curriculum to create creative experiential learning.
  • Create instructional materials in the form of courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos.
  • Redesign instructional materials to ensure accessibility and usability.
  • Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated into training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development Manager and other curriculum development team members.
  • Assist in hosting/scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials

Required Skills:

  • Creative and Innovative mindset
  • Passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth
  • A background in instructional design or learning experience design.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with audio/video editing tools
  • Computer proficiency

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business required (Bachelor’s preferred), Instructional Design, Learning & Development, and Human Learning & Development

Must be a Junior or Senior if currently enrolled.

Additional information

Time Commitment: 9-10 hours a week

Flexible start/end date.
