Instructional Designer and Facilitator
Summary:
Are you a creative, detail-oriented learning professional who enjoys building training from the ground up and bringing it to life in the classroom? Envision Unlimited is seeking an Instructional Designer and Facilitator to design original training content and deliver it to staff across the organization.
In this role, you will work alongside the Training and Development Specialist to build curricula, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids, and to facilitate training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and supervisors. This is an opportunity to help build out a growing training function and directly shape how staff across the Agency learn and grow.

Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop original instructional content, including course curricula, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids
- Facilitate training sessions in person and virtually for new hires, existing staff, and supervisors across program sites
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to ensure training content is effective, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Partner with the Training and Development Specialist to prioritize training needs, coordinate delivery schedules, and maintain consistent quality across all training materials
- Support delivery of the organization's supervisor training program, including building out additional modules
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessment results, and revise content based on findings
