Instructional Designer

JD for Graphic Designer:

1. 4-8 years of experience in the field of development of e-Learning courses, graphic designing,
   job aids etc.
2. Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines
3. Good communication skill
4. Proficient with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
5. Knowledge of other tools such as Lightroom, CorelDraw, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro
   and Invision (or aptitude to pick up once exposed to new tools)
6. Good exposure to e-Learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Vyond and so on.
7. Ability to work with inputs provided by instructional designers or content writers, in the form
   of storyboards and design documents
