About the Role

Suku Consulting is seeking an agile Instructional Designer to assist in co-developing, contextualising, and structuring high-impact courseware for upcoming leadership programmes running through Q1 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Design: Draft participant workbooks, facilitator guides, case studies, and live simulation scenarios (including organisational friction, crisis management, and service leadership).

  • Framework Alignment: Translate competency frameworks and organisational objectives into actionable, interactive 1-day and multi-day workshop modules using the 70-20-10 learning methodology.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all courseware meets visual standards, accessibility guidelines, and client-specific design parameters.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in instructional design or courseware development for corporate or public sector leadership programmes.

  • Ability to translate complex operational concepts into engaging, scenario-based learning activities.

  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and visual formatting tools (Canva or Adobe InDesign).
