Instructional Designer - LMS

We are seeking an Instructional Designer with proven experience in analyzing, designing and developing effective and engaging coaching material with high standards of quality, efficiency, and scalability. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team that works towards creating and maintaining both classroom and e Learning training programs.

Job Description

1. Design simulations, job aids, assessment questions, etc. to support courseware.
2. Design storyboards, content maps and audio scripts
3. Conduct design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner.
4. Assist with content deployment and testing.
5. Create and develop training and documentation design and strategy and standards
6. Define content, review, and approval workflow for training documentation.
7. Coach and review the work of the other Learning Designers.
8. Attend scoping, kick-off meetings with stakeholders to understand the brief.
9. Responsible to validate the quality of training content with robust quality assurance processes.

Requirement :

1. Demonstrated experience in HTML5, Articulate Storyline, and Rise, Camtasia and Captivate with the ability to develop creative e-learning and digital learning solutions.
2. A strong background in Instructional Design in adult learning ideally in a commercial environment.
3. Visual design skills with the ability to build graphics for courses(Photoshop, Illustrator).
4. Ability to work in an agile environment, delivering to tight timeframe across multiple projects.
5. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
6. Highly developed technical writing ability and verbal communication skills with experience in developing blended learning solutions.
7. Knowledge of Learning Management System.
